Cultural News Club was launched in January 2013 to explore and experience Japanese culture in Los Angeles.

This week, the Cultural News club is hosting

Tea tasting and a workshop by Den Shirakata, president and CEO of Den’s Tea. Mr. Shirakata is a third generation Japanese tea merchant with over 30 years of hands-on experience in growing and manufacturing Japanese green tea.

Cultural News Club is planning to have a member only cultural event every other month. Possible events include Sake tasting, Yukata dressing, Little Tokyo Tour, etc.
