Join us for a day of fun devoted to wish-making. Tanabata celebrates the meeting of two heavenly lovers, Orihime and Hikoboshi, who only come together once a year and whose meeting grants earthly wishes.

Enjoy a host of activities –

  • Kamishibai – Japanese Style Storytelling
  • Tanabata themed art activity – create wishes on colorful paper and tie them onto bamboo branches
  • Tea & Cookies will be offered in the Shoin Bldg. (Extra charge will apply)
  • Gift Shop

All ages – Children must be accompanied by an adult
