Curating the City Eastside LA

Forwarded for Los Angeles Conservancy  (Sept. 26, 2014)

I wanted to let you know we’ve launched a new microsite this week called “Curating the City: Eastside L.A.”

Covering Boyle Heights and East L.A., it’s intended to offer a glimpse into various interconnected communities in the area’s history, including Latino, Japanese American, and Jewish American.

We’ll be adding additional stories, layers, and sites over time. We included a page on the Japanese Hospital also so please check it out.

We’ll be doing promotion on this in the next couple of weeks but I wanted to make sure you were aware and in the loop. Feel free to pass this along to others.

Best and thanks, Adrian
