Setsuko Hayashi sensei and her shibori workshop is back!
This time with a dye called KUSAKIZOME.
Kusaki-zome fabrics are dyed with plant juices extracted from flowers, leaves, stems and roots.
One large and one standard size silk handkerchiefs will be provided.
This workshop will take place June 7, 2015 from 1 pm- 3pm in the Nisei Veterans Memorial Hall.
The cost for this workshop (which includes all materials and dye) will be $25.00.
There is only room for 30 students, so make sure you sign up quickly before all the spots are taken up!
