On the evening of April 5, the renowned English Rakugo performer, Kaishi KATSURA will humor audiences in Las Vegas with his Kamigata (Osaka-style) English Rakugo at the Las Vegas Academy of the Arts' Lowden Theater.
Also performing as part of this unique event are Asakichi KATSURA, an English Rakugo performer; Lucky Mai, a traditional Japanese-style juggler; and Masako KATSU, an accompanying shamisen player.
This Japanese entertainment event in English is presented by the Consulate General of Japan in San Francisco, in partnership with the Japan Foundation, the Southern Nevada Japanese Teachers Association, and Clark County School District, and other community organizations.
