All donations received will be sent in full to the Ishikawa Prefecture Office.
The Japanese Prefectural Association consists of 38 prefectural associations including the Ishikawa Prefecture Association in Southern California. The association is a 501(C)(3) nonprofit organization. Donation are tax deductible.
