2024 / Morgan Mayuko Gee selected as 2024 Nisei Week Queen
To representing the Japanese American community in Los Angeles as a cultural ambassador, the Nisei Week Foundation held the 2024 Nisei Week Queen Coronation, and Morgan Mayuko Gee sponsored by Venice Japanese Community Center & Venice-West Los Angeles Japanese American Citizens League was selected as 2024 Queen.
Moran is 26 years old and currently works a the travel industry sales manager for Omni Hotel & Resorts. She graduated from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
KABC News Anchor David Ono asked Morgan “Nisei, going Nisei Week name after as known as hard work, prosperity, and diverting opportunities to their family. If you hope your generation will be known for?” Morgan answered as following:
