Artists and cultural workers in Los Angeles County who have been affected by recent wildfires can now apply for financial relief through the LA Arts Community Fire Relief Fund.
The fund provides grants of up to $10,000 to those who have lost their homes, studios, or been displaced due to the Eaton or Palisades Fires.
To support applicants, the Armory Center for the Arts and Side Street Projects will be offering free drop-in application assistance on Friday, Feb. 14 from 2:00 to 5:00 PM at the Armory’s Creativity & Community Care Room at 145 N. Raymond Ave, Pasadena, CA 91103.
Staff will be available to help with writing and submitting applications ahead of the February 18, 2025, deadline at 5:00 PM.
Eligible artists and arts workers are encouraged to apply for the relief fund. More details, including eligibility and application guidelines, can be found at cciarts.org/relief. For additional questions, contact Andrew Gould at agould@armoryarts.org.
