2016-2017 Opening Day & Silent Auction

The Japanese Friendship Garden is an authentic Japanese stroll garden that has been open to the public since 2002.  Over the years, the Garden has grown into a beloved gem to visit in the city of Phoenix that offers a peaceful oasis for guests and many cultural events and educational programs.

In order to support these events and programs, along with its future projects, the Garden relies on generous contributions from donors and sponsors. This year, the Garden will be holding a silent auction in conjunction with the Opening Day as part of our fundraising efforts. Opening Day is the first day of the 2016-2017 season after closing in the summer for maintenance.

The first day of the season is one to be celebrated and as such, the Garden will present live music performances and crafts.
