Applications for the Aug. 24 Nikkei Games are now on-line at www.nikkeigames.org

This Invitational Track and Field meet is open to individuals and/or families in Japanese and/or Japanese American sponsored programs from the age of one year old to over 80.

This fun family day event concludes around 1:00 pm, bring grandparents, bento, drinks, and shade. School rules do not permit food or drinks on the track or infield.

Events include: 50-meter dash for ages 1 to 6 and 50 years and older; 100-meter dash: ages 7 and older; 400-meter dash: ages 13 and older; 1600-meters run: ages 13 and older; ball throw: ages 3 to 6; long jump: ages 5 to 18; high jump: 9 to 18 years old; 4-Person Daikon Relay: 7 years and older: 4-Person Family Daikon Relay: 7 and older.

The $15 individual registration fee covers all events in that age bracket and includes Nikkei Game T-shirt and program.

The application deadline is July 21, 2018. Absolutely no walk-in applications are accepted.
