The University of Tokyo Wind Ensemble (UTWE) will be at California State University, Dominguez Hills for a cross-cultural concert. The concert features the CSUDH Jazz Band, the Toro Pep Band, the Wind Ensemble, combined performance with UTWE, as well a UTWE's own selections.
