Arizona Matsuri is one of biggest Japanese cultural events in the U.S. Arizona Matsuri is held on the last weekend of February at Downtown of Phoenix, Arizona. However in this year, Japanese culture enthusiasts cannot gather because COVID-19 pandemic.
Instead, Arizona Matsuri 2021 will be held online on Saturday and Sunday, Feb. 27-28. on website homepage, YouTube channel, or Facebook page.

Virtual Arizona Matsuri 2021 will feature Arizona-based taiko players, Japanese dancer, taiko performance from Phoenix’s sister city Himeji, Japan, and culinary demonstration by chef at Official Residence for Consul General of Japan in Los Angeles.
