The Tulips in Harmony and Keiro are excited to announce the third annual “Blooming Concert” at the Norris Theatre on Sunday, October 25, 2026 at 3:30 p.m.
This event introduces new musicians and entertainers to the South Bay community. Please join us and enjoy performances by a wonderful variety of artists you don’t often get to see together on one stage.

Part 1: Classical Chamber Music (Members from PVRSO)
Part 2: Flamenco Dance and Music (from Mikaera Kai)
Part 3: Traditional Japanese Folk Songs and Dance (Matsutoyo Kai)
Part 4: Rock Music (Yoyoka Family Band)
This event will also serve as a fundraiser in support of Kumamoto earthquake relief. Proceeds, after expenses, will be donated to Kumamoto earthquake relief funds through the Kumamoto Kenjinkai and sent to Japan. We would be grateful for your generous support.
