Okinawan Karate – Uechi Ryu presented by Shinyu Gushi Sensei, 9th Dan, and his senior students.

“Okinawan music informal performance and interaction” – Okinawa Geino Shinkohkai Wado-kai. Try for yourself the traditional instruments and music of Okinawa with Okinawan musicians.

• Sogestu Ryu flower arrangement by Kiyoko Sensei

• Ryukyu Fuubutsu-A restored documentary of the arts and culture of Okinawa made in 1939 (Presented by Garden Staff).

• The Guinness Book of World Records-Naha City Giant Tug of War. xPresented by its Preservation Society, Naha City, Okinawa, Japan.

Hand made Okinawan Glass display presented by Garden Staff and The Ryukyu Glass Company.

“What is Karate?”-The History of Karate presented on film by the world’s leading experts.

“Okinawa” a photo exhibit presented by the Okinawa Times newspaper.
