Japan Foundation accepting registrations for Nihongo 2014 Winter classes starting Jan. 21

Japan Foundation Nihongo Winter

The Japan Foundation, Los Angeles, is accepting registrations for the popular Japanese language courses: JF Nihongo 2014 Winter Term, with classes starting on January 21, 2014.

These courses are designed for new Japanese-language learners, as well as those who are interested in improving their existing language skills.

Mastering Kana is a popular course for those who want to start learning Japanese.

The Japan Foundation offers the following five courses:

Everyday Japanese: Mastering Kana

Everyday Japanese: Making Friends 1

Everyday Japanese: Making Friends 2

Everyday Japanese: Fun with Friends

Business Japanese

Each course includes learning goals, always with the aim of learning authentic Japanese in thematic units that you can use right away: real life situations such as shopping, hosting a party, or giving a business presentation.  

Classes meet once per week for 8 weeks.
