The Friends of Shoseian invites the public to a talk by Leslie Buck who will describe her three seasons of experience living in Kyoto, Japan and working for one of the oldest landscaping companies in Japan.
She will share a slideshow presentation of the gardens she worked in, and share some stories about black pines she worked on similar to the ones in the Friendship Garden.
Participants will also enjoy a delicious bowl of matcha tea.
