2023/8/6 : Los Angeles: Atomic bomb survivors to meet at 78th Commemorative Service at Koyasan Buddhist Temple in Little Tokyo, Aug. 6, 2-3PM

The American Society of Hiroshima-Nagasaki A-Bomb Survivors (A.S.A.) and the Koyasan Buddhist Temple sponsor “The 78th Commemorative Service for Hiroshima-Nagasaki Atomic Bomb Victims” on Sunday, August 6, 2023, from 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm at the Koyasan Buddhist Temple.

Due to the Coronavirus Pandemic, the Memorial Service, which was held at Koyasan Temple, was held online, but this year it will be held at Koysan Buddhist Temple for the first time in four years.

Video messages from Hiroshima Mayor Matsui and Nagasaki Mayor Suzuki will be included in the program.

The American Society of Hiroshima-Nagasaki A-Bomb Survivors welcomes anyone to join the commemorative service.
