TORRANCE, CA – Just in time to kick off summer, KIMONOCON is proud to present the “Kimono Market & Summer Matsuri,” a two-day celebration of Japanese culture, fashion, and festival fun on Friday, June 20 (3–8 PM) and Saturday, June 21 (10 AM–5 PM) at Redac Gateway Hotel in Torrance, California.
This family-friendly event offers a rare opportunity to shop high-quality kimono imported directly from Japan, explore traditional crafts, and enjoy cultural performances and experience the energy of a Japanese summer festival in Torrance California.

A traditional Japanese rickshaw from Tokyo’s famous “Tokyo Rickshaw” company will appear in Torrance for the first time!
Ride and take photos with professional "shafu" (rickshaw drivers) straight from Asakusa, Tokyo.
■ Kimono- Ichi (Kimono Vendor Zone)
Discover four curated kimono vendors, traditional accessories, Japanese crafts, and fun goods for kids.
A tatami-style fitting area will be available for guests to try on kimono and create their full outfit on the spot.
