LOS ANGELES — TokyoComix, an anime and character merchandise store at Arrive Wakaba at 232 Second Street in Little Tokyo, will celebrate its grand opening on October 3 and 4, 2026. The store will welcome visitors from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on both days, with complimentary stickers, gifts with qualifying purchases, and a no-purchase-necessary sweepstakes.
Currently in its soft-opening period, TokyoComix carries officially licensed figures, plush toys, acrylic stands, and other collectibles. Its selection includes merchandise featuring Hatsune Miku and popular anime titles such as Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, Jujutsu Kaisen, and BLUE LOCK, alongside Pokémon trading cards and products from games including Genshin Impact, Honkai: Star Rail, and Zenless Zone Zero. The store also offers high-quality figures for collectors.
According to TokyoComix, its assortment includes select merchandise that is difficult to find at other anime retailers in Los Angeles. The store also plans to expand its merchandise offerings as an official shop for anime studios.
