The Nibei Foundation’s Japan Study Club in March will feature Shige Higashi, publisher of Cultural News on Tuesday, March 27, at 7:30 pm.

Higashi visited Kesennuma, central location of Sanriku disaster area, from March 1-4. He will talk about the latest situation of the disaster areas with his slide show.

The slide show includes Kesennuma, Motoyoshi, Minamisannriku-cho, Rikuzentakata, and Ofunato.

Reception and dinner will start at 6:30 pm.
