The Los Angeles Taiko Institute (LATI) welcomes Yeeman Mui (Manman), a certified Early Childhood Orff Music and Creative Dance Teacher originally from Hong Kong and now based in Honolulu.
Manman is visiting the Institute in February and March, facilitating a special program of parent/child (Age 2-6) classes.
Each course runs weekly for 4 weeks, and this program is special for Feb and March only. Class fee is $22 per class for 1 child+1adult, $88 for a 4-week course.

Music, and percussion in particular, is extremely beneficial in early childhood development. The Institute is tremendously excited to be able to offer the South Bay community access to Manman's teaching and the joy of parent/toddler taiko.
Manman graduated with an MPhil in Musicology from the University of Hong Kong, and has extensive additional training in the Orff approach to music education.
Manman’s unique teaching approach has brought parent/child music class to a new level with international and holistic elements. She has taught workshops for LATI staff, and performs and teaches with the renowned Kenny Endo's Taiko Center of the Pacific in Hawaii.
