Undokai at Orange Coast Gakuen

Orange Coast Gakuen Japanese Language School in Huntington Beach will hold their Open House on May 30 and June 6 from 8:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Japanese language classes include various Japanese cultural events and activities like Mochitsuki (rice cake pounding), Hina Matsuri (Girls Day/Doll Festival), and Undoukai (All School Sports Day).

In addition, recently OCG students went on an All- School Field Trip to California Science Center to study the various sea life, environmental studies, and other science facts.

Orange Coast Gakuen curriculum have been custom tailored to their unique tracks of Japanese language learning by their OCG advisors, headed by Cal State Long Beach Professors Hiroko Kataoka, Masako Douglas, and Kiyomi Chinen.

In addition, OCG Curriculum Consultant Sachiko Iwami is oversees the Japanese as a Foreign Language elementary school classes.

Special discount on registration fees are offered to all students registered during the Open House hours.
