Los Angeles, CA — The Little Tokyo Community Impact Fund (LTCIF) proudly announces the acquisition of its first commercial building, located at 321-323 East First Street in the heart of historic Little Tokyo. This milestone marks a significant step in preserving the neighborhood’s cultural heritage and supporting small business tenants.
Established in response to rising real estate prices and increasing development pressures in Downtown Los Angeles, LTCIF is dedicated to revitalizing the community and safeguarding its unique character. Over the years, many beloved businesses and institutions have been forced to close their doors. Through strategic purchasing, leasing, and management of real estate, LTCIF empowers community members to maintain a lasting stake in Little Tokyo’s future.
This building acquisition was made possible by the collective efforts of generous investors, dedicated volunteers, and supportive organizations. Thanks to this collaboration, the property will remain under community control for generations to come.
To celebrate this achievement, LTCIF invites the public to an Open House event:
- Date: Saturday, November 8, 2025
- Time: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
- Location: 321-1/2 E. First St., Los Angeles, CA 90012 (Second Floor)
