LAS VEGAS (October 14, 2025) – Resorts World Las Vegas invites guests to an extraordinary evening of culinary artistry at Kusa Nori on Friday, Nov. 14, with Taste of Tokushima — a rare, one-night-only dining experience spotlighting Tokushima Mitsuboshi Beef, Japan’s first JGAP-certified and three-star wagyu producer.
This exclusive multi-course dinner ($225 per person) is a first-of-its-kind collaboration between Dassai, Japan’s most revered sake brewery; Kenzo Estate, Napa Valley’s premier wine producer; and the esteemed Tokushima Prefecture, known for its rich culinary heritage. Guests will enjoy expertly paired sake and wine alongside a menu that celebrates the depth and nuance of Tokushima’s finest ingredients.
Two seatings are available at 5 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. at Kusa Nori. Reservations are required and seating is limited.
Special dignitaries from Tokushima will be in attendance, offering guests a rare opportunity to experience the cultural and gastronomic excellence of the region firsthand.
