Los Angeles, CA — The Little Tokyo Service Center (LTSC) presents its third annual “Ebb and Flow: Community Mental Health Conference,” taking place on Saturday, November 1, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at Terasaki Budokan, 249 S Los Angeles St, Los Angeles, CA 90012.
This year’s conference offers a welcoming space for the Asian American community to address, examine, and understand mental health in its various forms.
Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about mental health topics from an Asian American lens and connect with the community through a variety of panels, workshops, and activities for all ages and interests.
Conference Highlights:
- Plenaries and breakout workshops hosted at Terasaki Budokan and various locations throughout Little Tokyo
- Topics include caregiving, grief support, supporting the Japanese unhoused community, crafts and wellness workshops, Tai-Chi, music and sound therapy, and sessions in Japanese language
- Light breakfast and lunch provided
- Registration open throughout the day; scholarships available for admission tickets
