Chef Mike Inouye Bio:
Chef Michael Inouye is born and raised in Gardena. He graduated from UCSD and went on to become a sushi chef working at the San Diego Fish Market for 23 years. Cooking is a passion of his that started back in grammar school. Now, he would like to share his knowledge with anyone interested.

Chef Gary Matsumoto Bio:
Born and raised in Southern California, Gary returned to the area in 2022 after spending almost thirty years in Hawaii. A graduate of the University of Southern California and the Kapiolani Community College Culinary Arts program, his experience in food and beverage runs the gamut of the industry. Training and progressing in the kitchen at Alan Wong’s Honolulu, he has also served as a Chef de Cuisine, Executive Chef, General Manager, Food & Beverage Director, and consultant, across a spectrum of different properties.

  2. Kanikama banh mi handroll  with pickled daikon & carrot, cucumber cilantro & avocado (vegetarian available)
  3. Eggplant kabayaki handroll with kyuri & kaiware (vegan)
  4. Chicken Karaage, yuzu aioli, smoked trout roe, chives
  5. Roasted Nantes Carrots with a Miso Mole(vegan /gluten free)
  6. Smoked Japanese Potato Salad (vegetarian /gluten free)
  7. Hawaiian Style Somen Salad, ham, egg, cucumber, tomato, kamaboko, kiaware (vegetarian available)

Paradise Cake: The king of cakes!  Three layer (guava, passion fruit & lime) chiffon cake filled with tropical whipped cream and topped with guava, passion fruit & lime glaze.

Dobash cake: Delicate chocolate chiffon cake filled and iced with our signature chocolate dobash pudding , garnished with chocolate crumbs. Our most beloved chocolate cake and a Hawaii classic.
