At the Arizona Matsuri event in Phoenix, Arizona, on Feb. 25 and 26, Los Angeles-based Sunny and Judy Seki will provide the 2017 theme “Shinkansen” presentation at the Plaza Stage on Saturday, Feb. 25 and Sunday, Feb. 26 from 11:30 am to 12:00 pm.
