The first Kimono Con was held by MITA SKY and MITA KIMONO at Long Beach Marriott Hotel on April 1 and 2. Over 1,000 preowned Kimono and Kimono Obi were shipped directly from Japan. Those kimonos were hanged display by sizes. Kimono Clinic (bottom photo) was a maintenance service provided by Japan-based Kimono Maintenance Master Oofuchi who has 50 years of kimono experience.
