Mr. Haruo Takahana
The Government of Japan announced Mr. Haruo Takehana of Los Angeles was awarded with the Order of the Rising Sun, Gold and Silver Ray (旭日双光章) in the Spring 2024 Decoration because he contributed to promoting economic relations between Japan and the U.S.
Mr. Takehana is currently the President of the Japanese Chamber of Commerce of Southern California, and former President of the Japanese Community Pioneer Center in Los Angeles.
