Join us for a day of fun devoted to wish-making. Tanabata celebrates the meeting of two heavenly lovers, Orihime and Hikoboshi, who only come together once a year and whose meeting grants earthly wishes.
Enjoy a host of activities –
- Kamishibai - Japanese Style Storytelling
- Tanabata themed art activity - create wishes on colorful paper and tie them onto bamboo branches
- Tea & Cookies will be offered in the Shoin Bldg. (Extra charge will apply)
- Gift Shop
All ages - Children must be accompanied by an adult
