The Art of Akira Kurosawa: An Appreciation
Prof. James Goodwin, UCLA English Department
James Goodwin is a Professor of English at UCLA who teaches in areas of modern drama, film, and American literature.
He has published the book “Akira Kurosawa and Intertextual Cinema” and the collection “Perspectives on Akira Kurosawa,” as well as a study about autobiography and a book on the grotesque in modern American culture.
