“GET A JOB” is the Hawaiian indie comedy that has Hollywood asking, “How did they do it.”

Writer-Director Brian Kohne has hit a giant home-run with his farcical blend of music and cinema.  He said, “Hawaii is the real star of “GET A JOB.”

The story entertains throughout and features many Island Nisei and Sansei.

The film has many layered under-stories including, Japan-American pop-culture documentation.

The female lead, Carolyn Omine has been the longtime head voice producer and writer for Fox-TV’s perennial popular the Simpsons.

Jake Shimabukuro delights with his funny tourist sketch.

Associate Producer, Raymond Rolak will follow with a Q & A and will also regale with the baseball and ice hockey journeys of Mel Wakabayashi.
